After an appointment and signed informed consent, examination and therapy of the pelvic floor muscles per vaginamvagina) or per rectum (rectum).
Based on the examination, I can set up an individual plan for pelvic floor muscle physiotherapy. I evaluate the condition of the muscles, muscle strength, muscle endurance, the ability of slow and fast contraction, the response of the muscles to an increase in intra-abdominal pressure. Therapeutically I can treat trigger points in individual pelvic floor muscles, stretch them. Relax the muscles around the coccyx.
