You can make an appointment by phone Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 15:00 at 725 125 105.
For the Karlovy Vary branch you can also use the phone number 778 444 364 (Tue-Thu from 09:00 to 18:00)
You can also ask us for a consultation with your problem through contact form. Unfortunately, due to the large number of questions we cannot answer all of them, you can make an appointment for a personal consultation at one of our offices.
Appointment conditions
You do not need any medical recommendations. Of course you may wish to consult your G.P. beforehand, and who can support you in your visit, even from an expert perspective.
You do not need to make any preparations for your visit. With regards to the interest in our Center for Pelvic Disorders, we ask you to keep your appointment or if you need to change the time of it, then to do so in good time.
