Exercises for pregnant women
Dear future mother, future daddy,
There is a wide range of exercises for pregnant women on offer, and they can all differ slightly from each other. The aim of prenatal courses and exercising at the Gynaecological-Birthing clinic at the University Hospital in Pilsen is to ensure that you, as future parents, are provided with sufficient, quality and comprehensible information. At the same time it is our goal to prepare you for the birthing period and to advise you on how to have the most pleasant experience possible.
We try to ensure that the time which you spend with us on your prenatal courses and exercises leads to a phychological calming and easing, making your pregnancy one of joy, and helping you to look forward to the approaching moment of happiness.
The exercises take place in rooms that are especially designed and supplied with a variety of essential equipment. The exercises are always adapted to the specific stage of pregnancy and the current condition of the future mother. Our courses adequately prepare you for the birth, both theoretically, and practically.
Who runs the exercises?

Another part of the exercise sessions is relaxation and visualization. We fascilitate contact with the baby in the womb. The exercises also bring you into contact with other pregnant women with whom you can share any anxieties and joys.
